Return policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a in store credit or exchange. Exchange for equal or less value.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been altered.

Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us. Or drop them off at one of our convenient pick up locations. ( Holland Landing or Uxbridge)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
